2. 2. Nyra subscriptions

   These terms cover this website only. If your company subscribes to Nyra, that subscription is governed by the agreement and order form you sign with us. Where they differ from these terms, the agreement and order form prevail.

3. 3. Using this site

   You may browse the site, share links to it, book a demo and contact us. You must not:

   • try to get unauthorised access to the site, our systems or other people’s data;
   • interfere with how the site works, or load it with automated requests or scraping that affects other visitors;
   • upload malicious code, or send us information that is false or that you have no right to share;
   • use the site in a way that breaks the law.

4. 4. Information on this site

   We describe Nyra as accurately as we can, but the product changes over time, and features, prices and availability may change without notice. Prices marked as draft are not an offer. What we commit to is set out in your quote, order form and agreement.

   Product screenshots show a demonstration workspace filled with sample companies, people and figures. They are not real customer data.

   Nothing on this site is accounting, tax, payroll or legal advice. Please check with your own advisers how the rules apply to your business.

   The content of this site, including its text, screenshots, illustrations, the Nyra name and logo and the Ora character, belongs to us or our licensors. You may view it and share links to it. Please ask us before copying or reusing it for any other purpose.

   The site may link to websites we do not run. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

7. 7. No warranty

   We work to keep the site available and correct, but we provide it as it is. To the extent the law allows, we make no promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors.
